Grapefruit

They are also a great source of protein as they consist of 90% of water, which can fill you up and cause you to eat less. In addition, they are high in fiber and have very few calories (half a grapefruit is less than 40 calories). Grapefruits are well known to be “negative calories” foods, which means that it takes more calories to digest the food than the calories in the food itself.

Green Tea

Drinking green tea can help reduce your appetite (depending from person to person) and boost your metabolism by 4% in 24 hours. By keeping it as a part of your regular diet, green tea can keep your metabolism in high gear. Green tea has less caffeine than coffee, but it still can increase your heart rate and burn more calories.
