World Water Day- March 22

Did you know that World Water Day is on March 22? The United Nations General Assembly officially declared March 22 as World Water Day in 1993.

World Water Day is about taking action to address the water disaster. Over 663 million people are living without a secure water supply near their homes. The Sustainable Development Goals, a UN Initiative with Global Goals, started in 2015. One of its purposes is to ensure that everyone has access to clean and secure water by 2030.

We all hope that they succeed with their mission and end the death and diseases from unsecure water. You can help ensure that some people (like the poor) get access to clean water by sharing yours.

Don’t wait for others to change the world

Start by YOURSELF.
