Exercise benefits us in many ways. It allows us to have a stronger memory and better thinking skills. It also causes new blood vessels to grow. In addition, it makes the prefrontal cortex and the medial temporal cortex, which are found in the brain, healthier 

Running

Scientists have discovered that running increases the HDL cholesterol in your body. HDL cholesterol is also known as “the good cholesterol”. Running also allows you to fall asleep even faster. It makes you feel relaxed, especially when you are running for fun.

Swimming

Swimming washes out the dead cells and replaces it with good, healthy cells. It also decreases the risk of heart disease by 50%. It is a great way to exercise without straining any muscles or joints.
